- Hampe Park Development
- The scope of this project consisted of the creation of Development Plans for a 20.0 acre community park site.
- Proposed amenities and improvements include a restroom/shelter building, 150 space parking lot, five soccer fields, three basketball courts, one roller hockey court, two sand volleyball courts, an asphalt walk and bicycle path system, a handicapped accessible play apparatus area, a teen play area and landscape plantings.
- In an effort to maximize open green space, a dual use parking facility was designed. This parking facility is divided into two parking areas, which are both open during peak traffic use, which averages one day per week. During the balance of the time, the second parking lot is closed off for basketball and roller hockey use. The walk/bicycle path system connects with the local and county bicycle path systems to allow regional bicycle access to the park
