- The scope of this project consisted of the renovation of an existing 10.0 acre neighborhood park.
- The scope of the renovation included improvements to the existing site drainage system, water service system and drinking fountains, a manual irrigation system, parking lots and vehicular circulation system, a handicapped accessible play apparatus area, a teen play area, a court area including a basketball court, two roller hockey courts and two tennis courts, two ball fields, site furnishings, an asphalt walk/bicycle path system, concrete walks and landscape plantings.
