- Madison School Courtyard
- The scope of this project consisted of the renovation of an elementary school courtyard. The design was influenced by the use of the courtyard for quiet study, outdoor art and ecology classes, and an existing stage structure, which is used for assemblies and special events.
- Proposed amenities include a handicapped accessible play apparatus area, a stage area, science area, court game area, student designed pavement areas, sand and water play areas, wheel toy path and landscape plantings.
- A portion of the funding for this project was generated by an engraved brick paver sales program, which not only added to the overall aesthetics of the area, but also created a sense of community for teachers, parents and students.
