- The scope of this project consisted of the creation of a Development Plan for a 2.0 acre neighborhood park site.
- Proposed amenities and improvements include a multi-purpose court consisting of one tennis court, two basketball courts, one roller hockey court and one volleyball court; a horse shoe pit, a concrete walk path system, a multi-age handicapped accessible play apparatus area and landscape plantings.
- The proposed amenities for this park site were maximized due to the remote character of this mixed use residential subdivision.
