- Marley Creek Park Development
- The scope of this project consists of the creation of a Development Plan for 15.0 acre neighborhood park site.
- Proposed amenities include a parking area with basketball court overlay, an asphalt walk path system, a wood fiber hiking trail system, a multi-aged handicapped accessible play apparatus area, a teen play apparatus area, a gazebo and seating areas, a man made creek with bridge that will connect two existing ponds, and landscape plantings.
- The design was influenced by the client's requested that the park site retain its natural character and aesthetic quality. Park entry features with masonry columns, ornate fencing and landscape displays will provide focal points and arrival features for park users.
