- The scope of this project consisted of the creation of a Development Plan for a 2.0 acre neighborhood park site.
- Proposed amenities and improvements include a multi-age handicapped accessible play apparatus area and landscape plantings. The play apparatus area was developed using a "Nautical" theme, with theme enhancements including a ship, crows nest, a rocky coastline, and whale, sea lion, and wind surfer spring toys
